 Beef Rendang Recipe 

Rendang Recipe

As far as we know  rendang is the most delicious food in the world , this Minangkabau food was made with a traditional tools, but you can make it by yourself at home  . Rendang is not only made of beef but also can make with eggs, and chicken meat , 

   Ingredients:

1 kilo of beef , slice it into small pieces, or you can slice it suit one's taste
1 liter of thick coconut milk1 liter of thin coconut milk 
1 kilo of babies potatoes

   Flavor 

10 cloves of garlic
2 pieces of gingers then peel and wash it
2 pieces of galangal
1 oz of red chili
1/4 piece of nutmeg
1 tea spoon of peeper
5 pieces of hazelnut
2 tea spoons of coriander , roast it and then puree it
1/4 small grated coconut , roast it then puree
salt to taste
2 stalks of lemongrass(optional)
2 bay of turmeric leaves(optional)
2 lime leaves(optional)

How to make


1.Boil the thin's coconut milk , pour the flavor while stirring . also pour the optional flavor if you want it  and purred grated coconut then stir it as slowly

2.After the thin coconut milk was boiled  , input the beef but do not stir continues or your beef will be destroyed  

3.Cook it until it rather ,pour the thick coconut milk and babies potatoes 
Stir it slowly to keep the meat not destroyed

4.Cook it with small fire until the coconut milk become thicker , like no water anymore 

Notes: Rendang Recipe have varied kind of flavor, sometime peoples not like turmeric sauce , you may not input it 

Indonesian Satay Recipe

Satay is the most favorite food in indonesia , cause a very nice taste and very easy to find in indonesia you can found this food along the street . Satay have many kind  so , now i will tell you how to make: Satay with peanut sauce 

Satay with peanut sauce


    Ingredients

1/2 chicken cut it into small pieces
5 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 lime
2 tablespoon of margarine
some thin sticks
350 ml waters 
150 gram of fried peanut (puree it with blender)
5 tablespoons of soy sauce
Salt to taste
Pepper powder to taste
Cooking oil to taste(for sauteing)
5 red onions
3 cloves garlic
4 red chilies
2 piece of hazelnut

How to Make Peanut Sauce

 -First,heat a cooking oil  then enter the blended spices (onion,garlic,red chili,and hazelnut) and stir-fry until fragrant
-After that enter the pureed peanut before and water  then cook it until boiled and curdle
-Last,Add pepper powder,,salt,soy sauce and stir until blended

How to make Sate

-First step: wash a chicken meat until really clean then drain it. After the chicken meat dry then skew the chicken meat with satay stick then set aside
-Second step : mix the soy sauce with margarine to be one then stir until  blended, after that apply to chicken satay(skewered chicken meat) evenly
-Third step : roast the chicken satay on hot coals until  half-baked then lift it ,next dip it into peanut sauce then roast it again until chicken satay baked and brown then lift it
-Final step : serve the chicken satay with peanut sauce and lime(optional) , then  fill with sliced tomatoes , red chili and rice cake

 


Martabak Manis Recipe

Martabak Recipe
 This food just like a pancake made of wheat flour,eggs sugar etc , but easier than a cake, so everyone can make it , this food is originated from Bandung,West Java  , martabak also has a many kind , you can add cheese , banana and chocolate.

Ingredients 

1/2 kilo of wheat flour
2 eggs
700 ml cooked water
100 gram sugar
1/2 tea spoon salt
1 tea spoon yeast 
1 tea spoon baking powder  


How to make:

-First , mix all of ingredients except baking powder then stir it until blended and bubble appears , let it stand for approximately 1 hour then enter the baking powder
-After that , heat a pan then dab of margarine 
-Third , pour a batter to the pan but not to the full
-Wait until appears a small hole on it , let stand for 5 minutes until cooked 
-Final , apply a margarine on it then add a cheese,chocolate,banana etc.
