Sup Buntut Recipe

Made of oxtail , sup buntut have 5 popular version in the world : 
Korean Traditional food , Chinese , this food originated from south america since before revolutionary war and from UK since 18th century .


1 kilo of oxtail , cut it suit one's taste 
2000 ml of water
2 tablespoon of cooking oil for sauteing
3 piece of potato , diced
4 carrot


1 teaspoon of pepper powder
1 nutmeg , crush it
5 pieces of garlic , crush it
6 pieces of clove
Sugar  to taste
Salt  to taste
1 piece of tomato
2 cm of cinnamon

How to make Oxtail Soup

1. Wash oxtail , then boil for 10-15 minute drain it;s water
2. Prepare other pan with boiling water , add a cinnamon and clove 
3. Cook until the water decrease to be 1,5 liter , turn of stove
4. While the water cooling , smooth a pepper , salt , nutmeg , then saute it until aroma smelled
5. Boil the oxtail again , enter the sauteed seasoning , stir then enter sliced potato and carrot , wait until matured
6. Add  salt and pepper , stir it again until evenly mixed
7. Serve it :D
