Nasi Rawon Recipe(Traditional Beef Soup) Recipe

Nasi Rawon is a beef soup with a black sauce , as a typical seasoning that contain a rawon , kluwek , its originally from east java .

Nasi Rawon Recipe

Ingredient

500 gram of beef , diced
1 crushed lemon grass
3 sheet of lemongrass
3 tablespoon of cooking oil , for sauteing
1/2 liter of cooked oil

Seasoning

2 pieces of red chili
3 pieces of hazelnut , roast it
1 teaspoon of chopped turmeric
1 tablespoon of chopped galangal
1/2 spoon of shrimp paste
4 pieces of garlic
8 pieces of red onions
1 teaspoon of tamarind 

How To Make Nasi Rawon

1. Saute the seasoning then enter a beef , stir until its color changed , enter the water then boil until a meat softened 

2. Serve it :D

Gudeg jackfruit Recipe

Gudeg Food Recipe

The one of most famous Yogyakarta Food made of jackfruit cooked with coconut milk , gudeg also have many variation : Wet Gudeg , Fry Gudeg , Solo Gudeg  .
Gudeg usually served with thick coconut milk , sauce , and tofu 

Main Ingredient 

200 gram smoothed palm sugar
10 boiled eggs
10 bay leaf
4 cm of galangal
2 liter of coconut milk
1 kg of jackfruit , cut it into small pieces

Softened Seasoning

15 pieces of red onions
10 pieces of garlic
10 piece of hazelnut , roast it 
1 tablespoon of coriander, roast it
2 tablespoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder


How to make Gudeg 

1.Wash the jackfruit then boil it briefly 

2.Cover the pan with bay leaf then put sliced galangal on the above  . Enter the boiled jackfruit , boiled egg and palm sugar

3.Mix a half  coconut milk with softened seasoning stir it until evenly mixed then pour it to the pan

4.Pour a remaining coconut milk until the jackfruit and egg submerged then close the pan

5.Cook with a medium fire for 2 hours (Dont open the pan) , if the water slightly , lift and move the egg

6.Pour the coconut milk , stir while destroy the jackfruit , enter the egg again 

7.Reduce the fire cook again for 3-4 hours while stirring occasionally . Cook until the coconut milk exhausted and gudeg's color is  brown

8. Serve it :D


Ayam Penyet Recipe 

Ayam Penyet Recipe

Ingredient

1 bay leaf
Cooking oil
2 cm of crushed ginger
2 cm crushed galangal
1 whole chicken , chop four pieces
200 ml water

Softened Seasoning

1 cm turmeric
4 garlic
Salt
1 teaspoon coriander

Sauce

2 sprigs of basil
1/2 tomato
Salt
1/2 teaspoon shrimp paste , roast
1/2 teaspoon chopped palm sugar
7 red chili
2 lime leaves
7 cayenne pepper
Puree all sauce ingredients


How to Make Ayam Penyet

Mix a chicken meat with water ,ginger,lime leaves and other softened seasoning
Then , cook with small flame , close the pan . Cook until a chicken meat matured and the ingredients seep, Fried chicken meat until the color yellowing , lift and drain . Serve the food and pour a sauce .
Dendeng Batokok Recipe


Ingredients 

300 gram beef
600 ml of coconut water
1/2  tablespoon coriander
3 garlic
1 segment ginger
7 big green chili
15 Cayenne pepper
1 green tomato
5 red chili
100 ml stew water
Lime
2 tablespoon margarine
Salt

How to make Dendeng Batokok

Crush a coriander, ginger, garlic and 1 tablespoon salt then coat the beef with seasoning , let stand for 15 minutes , meanwhile boil the coconut water , then enter the coated beef , cook until the beef soft, approximately for 45 minutes , let the water decrease , while waiting for a beef , roughly smash a green chili ,
 cayenne pepper and red chili
if the beef  matured then lift beef , set aside a water 100 ml for a sauce . slice thin a beef  , then hit the beef with ulekan(stone)
 to make a beef thinning and wider
next , roast the beef on the oven or grill for 20 minutes , to make sauce add a margarine then saute the smashed ingredient . 
cook until aroma smelled give a stew water and boil them , then give a chopped tomato and lime water , give a salt to taste , 
cook for a few time and lift it
serve Dendeng Batokok and pour a sauce into it


Sayur Asem Recipe


Ingredient

4 tablespoon of tamarind water 
4 green chili
1.5 liter of water
2 tablespoon of peanut
3 cm smashed galangal
2 tablespoon of melinjo fruit
75 gram of long beans
chayote , peeled and dice chopped
2 sweet corn , medium chop
15 sheet of melinjo leaves
2 sheet of bay leaf

Softened Seasoning

1 teaspoon of roasted shrimp paste
salt
6 red chili
1 teaspoon of combed brown sugar
3 red chili
3 pieces of garlic


How to make Sayur Asem

1. Boil a water , then enter vegetables : melinjo fruit , corn and peanut
2. Add a softened seasoning, also galangal and bay leaf
3.Enter a remaining vegetables 
4. Add sugar , salt , tamarind water stir until evenly mixed
5. Cook until matured





Rendang Ayam Recipe

 

Ingredient

1 whole chicken

Softened Seasoning

7 garlic
10 red onions
15 red chili
5 cayenne pepper

Another Seasoning 

1 cm galangal
4 bay leaf
5 lemongrass
200 cc coconut milk
Salt
1 teaspoon of pepper powder
1 teaspoon of brown sugar
2 spoon coriander

How to Make Rendang Ayam 

1. Wash a chicken meat , then chop that and set aside
2. Puree all softened seasoning
3. Saute it until aroma smelled then add another seasoning
4. After a seasoning matured enter a chopped chicken meat
5. Add a coconut milk and cook again until coagulate
5. Serve



 
Rendang Telur Recipe

Ingredient

16 egg
1 liter thick coconut milk
1 liter thin coconut milk
2,5 tablespoon of thin sliced brown sugar
4 kandis acid
6 lemongrass
4 teaspoon of salt
2 turmeric leaf
30 pieces of red onions


Softened Seasoning

12 garlic
2 teaspoon of coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon of fennel
4cm galangal
1/2 spoon of cumin
4cm of turmeric
5-7 pieces of red chili
4cm medium ginger
Cooking oil

 

How to Make Rendang Telur

1. Boil the eggs
2. Meanwhile puree all softened seasoning and sauteing them
3. Stir until aroma smelled
4. After the egg boiled , fried the egg
5. Mix egg with  sauteed ingredient , stir it again
6. enter a kandis acid , brown sugar , and thin coconut milk , stir it until a coconut milk curdle
7. Enter a salt to taste , stir again
8. Enter a chopped red chili
9. Last enter a thick coconut milk , don't forget to always stirring




Gulai Kambing Recipe


Ingredient

1000 cc coconut milk
1/2 kilo of goat's meat , small pieces
2 cm cinnamon
1 bay leaf
1 cm galangal
2 sheets lime leaves
4 pieces of cardamon
1 lemongrass
2 tablespoon of fried onions
5 clove

Soft Seasoning

3 hazelnut
2 pieces of garlic
5 pieces of red onion
salt
3 pieces of cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon of fennel
1 tablespoon of coriander
1 cm ginger
1 cm turmeric
1/4 cumin
1/4 nutmeg powder

How to Make Gulai Kambing

1. Saute all soft seasoning
2. add a goat meat  , stir until evenly mixed 
3. Then pour a coconut water , cook until a meat soft
4. Serve

Tofu And Tempe Bacem Recipe


Ingredient

10 Tempe
10 Tofu
300 ml coconut water
3 bay leaf
3 cm galangal , smashed

Soft Ingredient

3 garlic
6 red onions
2 teaspoon coriander
3 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt

How to Make

1 . Prepare a saucepan , arrange tempe at the bottom of pan  , enter a coconut water 
2.  Cook tofu and tempe until the water decreased 
3.  Prepare another pan , and fried the tempe until its color brown
