10 Tempe
10 Tofu
300 ml coconut water
3 bay leaf
3 cm galangal , smashed
Soft Ingredient
3 garlic
6 red onions
2 teaspoon coriander
3 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
How to Make
1 . Prepare a saucepan , arrange tempe at the bottom of pan , enter a coconut water
2. Cook tofu and tempe until the water decreased
3. Prepare another pan , and fried the tempe until its color brown
