Ingredient
100 gram sticky rice250 ml water
100 gram grated coconut
5 piece duck eggs
30 gram red onions
1 tablespoon cooking oil
Fried onions
Softened Seasoning
4 red chili1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cm jahe
How to Make Kerak Telor
1. soak the sticky rice on water for 1 night2. Heat a cooking oil , saute a seasoning
3. Dab 1.5 tablespoon sticky rice to pan 3 soaking water , let it until dry
4. Mix 1 duck eggs , 1/2 teaspoon softened seasoning , 1/2 tablespoon fried onions and 1/2 teaspoon salt
5. Flush it into on the top sticky rice , stir while leveling thickness , close the pan
6. Sprinkle that fried onions and fried grated coconut .
