1000 cc coconut milk
1/2 kilo of goat's meat , small pieces

1 bay leaf
1 cm galangal
2 sheets lime leaves
4 pieces of cardamon
1 lemongrass
2 tablespoon of fried onions
5 clove
Soft Seasoning
3 hazelnut
2 pieces of garlic
5 pieces of red onion

3 pieces of cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon of fennel
1 tablespoon of coriander
1 cm ginger
1 cm turmeric
1/4 cumin
1/4 nutmeg powder
How to Make Gulai Kambing
1. Saute all soft seasoning
2. add a goat meat , stir until evenly mixed
3. Then pour a coconut water , cook until a meat soft
