Soto Ayam(Indonesian Chicken Soup) Recipe
Soto is delicious soup with many variation and the one is Soto Ayam . Soto ayam have many vegetables and very tasty , this food very suitable for breakfast especially for cold areas , you can keep warm in the morning and have good spirit to start activities
Main Ingredients
2000 ml of water
200 gram of cabbage
2 pieces of lemongrass
50 gram of noodles
3 boiled eggs
1 vertebra of galangal
3 leaves lime
3 leeks , cut it into several pieces, 3 cm each
Fried Onions
200 grams of bean sprouts
3 bay leaves
1 medium chicken , cut into 2 parts
2 pieces of tomatoes
Softened Seasoning
6 piece of galic
2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 segment of ginger
3 pieces of red onion
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1.5 segment of turmeric
5 pieces of hazelnut
How to make Soto Ayam
1. Saute the softened seasoning until aroma smelled
2. Boil the chicken add a softened seasoning(after you do a first step) and lime leaves , galangal , leek , and bay leaves , about 30 minutes ,
3. Add a salt and pepper
4. Enter the leeks.
How To Serve Soto Ayam
Serve it with rice then enter the boiled noodle , bean sprouts , cabbage , tomato , boiled egg and chicken meat then flush the soup and pour the fried onions
