Bubur Ayam(Chicken Porridge) Recipe

 

Ingredients

4.5 liter water
1 leek
3 lemongrass
1.5 teaspoon salt
Salt
1/2 chicken
3 lime leaves
200 gram rice
1 teaspoon soysauce

Softened Seasoning

1 teaspoon salt
2 pieces hazelnut
2cm turmeric
3 garlic
3 coriander

Complement 

Fried peanut
Fried onions
2 celery
Boiled egg


How to Make 

1. Boil chicken  with water , don't throw away the water
2. Half chicken broth is for making bubur and remaining for making sauce
3. Fried the chicken and set aside
4. Cook rice with 3.3 liter chicken broth to be porridge
5. Saute all softened seasoning enter a remaining chicken broth add a soy sauce , salt and leek , cook until boil
6. Serve the porride/bubur with plate and pour the sauce , and add a complement on the top
