Ingredient

1 lemongrass
Salt 
Water 
1 kg beef
4 lime leaves
50 gram rice flour

Soft Seasoning 

2 cm ginger , slice
10 red onions
10 red chili
2 tablespoon coriander
2 cm galangal , slice
1 tablespoon turmeric , slice
1 teaspoon toasted cumin
1 teaspoon pepper


How to make Satay

1. Boil a beef with soft seasoning without rice 
2. Slice beef into small pieces
3. Don't throw a stew water 
4. skewers all beef and roast beef 

How to Make Sauce 

1. Boil the remaining stew water again 
2. add a rice flour and stir until curdle


 

Ingredient

1 whole chicken , slice for 4 part
1500 cc water
3 lemongrass , smash it
5 lime leaves
1 teaspoon pepper powder
1 tablespoon sugar
Cooking oil
2 tablespoon salt


Soft Seasoning

5 garlic
4 hazelnut 
1 segment ginger
10 red onions
2 segment roasted turmeric


Sauce Ingredient

10 red chili
Salt
4 red chili
2 garlic


How to make

1. Boil the water then enter a chicken until boiled
2. Heat a oil on pan then add all soft seasoning with lemongrass and lime , saute them
3. Enter a sauteed ingredient to the boiled chicken
4. Add salt , sugar , and pepper powder then cook until matured , lift the chicken
5. heat oil on frying pan for cook chicken then enter a chicken and fried until color changed lift chicken 
6. To make sauce boil the ingredient like red chili , garlic and cayenne pepper then blend them
7. Serve

 
Pecel lele

Ingredient

Salt
100 gram red onions
250 gram tomato
Cayenne pepper to taste
5 hazelnut
Palm sugar to taste
3 Red chili
5 Garlic
Catfish

How to make

1. Fried a catfish 
2. Blend salt and palm sugar with blender
3. Fried garlic , red onions , red chili , hazelnut , and cayenne pepper
4. Fried tomato with small fire
5. Mix all ingredient except catfish , you can use blender or crush them with stone ,
6. Serve fried catfish with sauce
Chicken Ketchup


Ingredient

1/2 whole chicken , slice into several pieces
Ketchup
Water
3 lime leaves
Salt
2 lemongrass, smash it

Soft Seasoning

1 cm galangal
3 garlic
1 cm turmeric
5 red chili
8 red onions
6 hazelnut


How to make 

1. Saute all softened seasoning 
2. Enter chicken stir until evenly mixed
3. Add lime leaves , water , ketchup to taste , lemongrass and salt , Stir again
4. Cook until matured , close the pan
5. Lift and serve
Roast duck


Ingredient

1/2 whole duck
3 lime leaves
800 ml water
1.5 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
3 smashed lemongrass
2 tablespoon ketchup
2 bay leaf

Soft Seasoning

6 garlic
4 cm ginger
1 tablespoon coriander
3 cm turmeric
5 hazelnut (fried)

Complement

Rice
Cucumber
Or you can add by yourself

How to Make

1. Cook duck , lemongrass , lime leaves , salt , sugar and soft seasoning until its color changed
2. Add a few water , stir until the water curdle
3. Cook duck again and add ketchup , stir until evenly mixed
4. Roast a duck be oiled seasoning
5. Serve

 
Fried chicken with green chili

Ingredient

1 whole chciken
1 tablespoon lime water
2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoon cooking oil
2 lime leaves
1 lemongrass

Soft Seasoning

5 garlic
8 red onions
10 green chili
5 green cayenne pepper
3 cm ginger
2 cm turmeric
3 hazelnut
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar

How to make

1. Coat a chicken pieces with lime water , let it stand for 15 minute
2. Fried a chicken with deep oil until yeloowing
3. Saute all soft seasoning until matured , enter a lime leaves and lemongrass  then enter a chicken , stir until evenly mixed
4. Serve

 
Shrimp with padang sauce

Ingredient

500 gram shrimp
3 leek ,  thin slice
3 cm galangal
3 lime leaves
3 tablespoon cooking oil


Soft Seasoning

8 red chili
6 red onions
4 garlic
4 cm turmeric
2 cm ginger
2 tomato
1 teaspoon salt

How to Make

1. Saute all soft seasoning
2. Enter a shrimp into it add leek, and cook until color changed
3. Serve



 
Kerak Telor Recipe

Ingredient

100 gram sticky rice
250 ml water
100 gram grated coconut
5 piece duck eggs
30 gram red onions
1 tablespoon cooking oil
Fried onions

Softened Seasoning

4 red chili
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cm jahe

How to Make Kerak Telor

1. soak the sticky rice on water for 1 night
2. Heat a cooking oil , saute a seasoning 
3. Dab 1.5 tablespoon sticky rice to pan 3 soaking water  , let it until dry
4. Mix 1 duck eggs , 1/2 teaspoon softened seasoning , 1/2 tablespoon fried onions and 1/2 teaspoon salt
5. Flush it into on the top sticky rice , stir while leveling thickness  , close the pan 
6. Sprinkle that fried onions and fried grated coconut .


 
Bubur ayam recipe

Ingredients

4.5 liter water
1 leek
3 lemongrass
1.5 teaspoon salt
Salt
1/2 chicken
3 lime leaves
200 gram rice
1 teaspoon soysauce

Softened Seasoning

1 teaspoon salt
2 pieces hazelnut
2cm turmeric
3 garlic
3 coriander

Complement 

Fried peanut
Fried onions
2 celery
Boiled egg


How to Make 

1. Boil chicken  with water , don't throw away the water
2. Half chicken broth is for making bubur and remaining for making sauce
3. Fried the chicken and set aside
4. Cook rice with 3.3 liter chicken broth to be porridge
5. Saute all softened seasoning enter a remaining chicken broth add a soy sauce , salt and leek , cook until boil
6. Serve the porride/bubur with plate and pour the sauce , and add a complement on the top

 Beef Rendang Recipe 

Rendang Recipe

As far as we know  rendang is the most delicious food in the world , this Minangkabau food was made with a traditional tools, but you can make it by yourself at home  . Rendang is not only made of beef but also can make with eggs, and chicken meat , 

   Ingredients:

1 kilo of beef , slice it into small pieces, or you can slice it suit one's taste
1 liter of thick coconut milk1 liter of thin coconut milk 
1 kilo of babies potatoes

   Flavor 

10 cloves of garlic
2 pieces of gingers then peel and wash it
2 pieces of galangal
1 oz of red chili
1/4 piece of nutmeg
1 tea spoon of peeper
5 pieces of hazelnut
2 tea spoons of coriander , roast it and then puree it
1/4 small grated coconut , roast it then puree
salt to taste
2 stalks of lemongrass(optional)
2 bay of turmeric leaves(optional)
2 lime leaves(optional)

How to make


1.Boil the thin's coconut milk , pour the flavor while stirring . also pour the optional flavor if you want it  and purred grated coconut then stir it as slowly

2.After the thin coconut milk was boiled  , input the beef but do not stir continues or your beef will be destroyed  

3.Cook it until it rather ,pour the thick coconut milk and babies potatoes 
Stir it slowly to keep the meat not destroyed

4.Cook it with small fire until the coconut milk become thicker , like no water anymore 

Notes: Rendang Recipe have varied kind of flavor, sometime peoples not like turmeric sauce , you may not input it 

Indonesian Satay Recipe

Satay is the most favorite food in indonesia , cause a very nice taste and very easy to find in indonesia you can found this food along the street . Satay have many kind  so , now i will tell you how to make: Satay with peanut sauce 

Satay with peanut sauce


    Ingredients

1/2 chicken cut it into small pieces
5 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 lime
2 tablespoon of margarine
some thin sticks
350 ml waters 
150 gram of fried peanut (puree it with blender)
5 tablespoons of soy sauce
Salt to taste
Pepper powder to taste
Cooking oil to taste(for sauteing)
5 red onions
3 cloves garlic
4 red chilies
2 piece of hazelnut

How to Make Peanut Sauce

 -First,heat a cooking oil  then enter the blended spices (onion,garlic,red chili,and hazelnut) and stir-fry until fragrant
-After that enter the pureed peanut before and water  then cook it until boiled and curdle
-Last,Add pepper powder,,salt,soy sauce and stir until blended

How to make Sate

-First step: wash a chicken meat until really clean then drain it. After the chicken meat dry then skew the chicken meat with satay stick then set aside
-Second step : mix the soy sauce with margarine to be one then stir until  blended, after that apply to chicken satay(skewered chicken meat) evenly
-Third step : roast the chicken satay on hot coals until  half-baked then lift it ,next dip it into peanut sauce then roast it again until chicken satay baked and brown then lift it
-Final step : serve the chicken satay with peanut sauce and lime(optional) , then  fill with sliced tomatoes , red chili and rice cake

 


Martabak Manis Recipe

Martabak Recipe
 This food just like a pancake made of wheat flour,eggs sugar etc , but easier than a cake, so everyone can make it , this food is originated from Bandung,West Java  , martabak also has a many kind , you can add cheese , banana and chocolate.

Ingredients 

1/2 kilo of wheat flour
2 eggs
700 ml cooked water
100 gram sugar
1/2 tea spoon salt
1 tea spoon yeast 
1 tea spoon baking powder  


How to make:

-First , mix all of ingredients except baking powder then stir it until blended and bubble appears , let it stand for approximately 1 hour then enter the baking powder
-After that , heat a pan then dab of margarine 
-Third , pour a batter to the pan but not to the full
-Wait until appears a small hole on it , let stand for 5 minutes until cooked 
-Final , apply a margarine on it then add a cheese,chocolate,banana etc.

 

Pempek: Kapal Selam(Submarine) Recipe

Pempek Recipe
Pempek is originated from South Sumatera , the name pempek is refers to  the old Chinese man who first produced these fish and tapioca cakes , pempek come to variety shape and size .
The most famed is kapal selam  contain a chicken eeg and shrimp , pempek served with hot sauce(cuko sauce) made of soy sauce,palm sugar and cayenne pepper.


Main Ingredients 

4 gram of mackerel's fish meat
200 ml cold water
1/2 tablespoon of salt
3 pieces of garlic
3 gram of sago flour

Cuko Sauce Ingredients:

4 pieces of pureed red chili
4 pieces of  pureed cayenne pepper
500 ml of water 
50 gram of sugar
25 gram of salt
4 tablespoons of salty soy sauce
100 ml of tamarind water
2 tablespoons of peeled dried shrimp

How to make

1. First , blend the mackerel fish meat , garlic , cold water and salt  ,blend until all ingredients evenly mixed and smooth

2. Next, add a sago flour and  blended ingredient(from first step) to be one and stir and in knead it  until the  batter not sticky and ready to be formed

3.Then , for the batter into pieces and make every pieces 100 gram

4.After that form the batter into circle and make the concave on middle , then press the batter's sac to make it more solid and greater sac

5.Then , pour a chicken egg on the concave then lid the end of the sac until closed 

6.Next, boli the submarine pempek until float after that fried it until yellowing and browning 


How to make cuko sauce

- Boil all ingredients until boiled ,

Gado-gado(Indonesian Salad) Recipe

Gado-gado

 Gado-gado is the most famous indonesian salad it contain many vegetables like cabbage, potatoes, beans, bean sprouts, etc . Gado-gado also have many types   : Gado-gado betawi , Bali's gado-gado , Siram gado-gado , and the most famous is Gado-gado boplo .

Ingredients 

1.  150-200 gram of tofu 
2.  150-200 gram of fermented soybean(tempe)
3.  3 pieces of boiled egg 
4.  160 gram of bean sprouts 
5.  150-200 gram of lettuce 
6 . 150 gram of long beans , cut into small pieces and wash it
7.   a peeled cucumber 
8.  150 gram of cabbage
9.  7 pieces of smoothed  garlic
10. 280 gram of peanut powder 
11. a few Cayenne pepper
12. 500 ml of coconut milk
13. 3 tablespoons of tamarind water
14. Lime leaves of approximately 4-5 sheet
15. 50-60 gram of palm sugar 
16. Salt to taste
17. Coriander to taste
18. Cooked water
19. Cooking oil 

How to make a peanut sauce :

while you make sauce you can boil the vegetables first, 

1. First , prepare a frying pan

2. Second , enter the smoothed garlic , cayenne pepper and lime leaves .

3. Third, enter the coconut milk , stir it until evenly mixed 

4. Next , enter the peanut powder then stir it again 

5. After that , enter the tamarind water and palm sugar and again stir it

6.  Then, enter the salt to taste , stir it until you smell the aroma

7. Next step is fried the tofu and tempe(fermented soybean) 

8.  Next, puree the garlic and coriander 

9.  Then , add the water and salt to taste

10. Last , serve the boiled vegetables , tofu, tempe , and pour the peanut sauce suit one's taste





 Nasi Goreng (Indonesian Fried Rice) Recipe

 
Nasi Goreng Recipe

Indonesia fried rice is one famous food in indonesia because rich in spices and very easy to make , and sure , you can do it too.

Ingredients

-2 plate of white cooked rice
-2 tablespoon of cooking oil
-2 cayenne pepper
-1 egg
-Salt
-2 pieces of garlic
-Tomato sauce
-1 leek
-Pepper to taste
-3 pieces of red onion
-Complement : chicken meat, shrimp, tomato , pickles

How to make Nasi Goreng 

 1. Heat the cooking oil first,
 2. Enter the    red onions, smoothed , garlic,cayenne pepper 
 3. Then enter the complement ingredients like shrimp , tomato , pickles 
 4. Enter the eggs and stir it , then enter a rice stir it until evenly mixed
 5. Add a tomato sauce , pepper and salt . 
 6. Serve it :D

 Note : you may use eggs as fried eggs , and you may not use the sauce tomato if you dont like them  you also may change the recipe.

Indonesian Spicy Chicken (Ayam Balado) Recipe

Most indonesian people love spicy food, and the one famous is Ayam Balado or Spicy Chicken , this food is originated from Minangkabau, West Sumatera . Ayam balado usually served with Nasi Padang .

Ayam Balado Recipe

Main Ingredients

1 kilo of chicken meat
2 lime leaves
2 cm of galangal
500 ml of water 
Cooking Oil

Softened Seasoning 


6 pieces of red onions
3 pieces of garlic 
4 hazelnut
1 tablespoon of coriander
2 cm of ginger
1 teaspoon of salt

Coarse grind seasonings

6 pieces of red onions
2 pieces of garlic
10 pieces of curly red chili
4 large red chilies
3 tablespoon of tamarind water
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 tomato 
1/2 teaspoon of salt

How to make Ayam Balado

1. Wash and cut chicken meat into small pieces then boil with Softened seasoning until the water decreased

2. Lift and drain it , then fried it

3. Saut the coarse grind seasoning then enter the chicken , cook it until dry and serve it 




Soto Ayam(Indonesian Chicken Soup) Recipe

Soto  is delicious  soup with many variation and the one is Soto Ayam . Soto ayam have many vegetables and very tasty ,  this food very suitable for breakfast especially for cold areas , you can keep warm in the morning and have good spirit to start activities



Soto Ayam Recipe


Main Ingredients 

2000 ml of water
200 gram of cabbage
2 pieces of lemongrass
50 gram of noodles
3  boiled eggs
1 vertebra  of galangal
3 leaves lime
3 leeks , cut it into several pieces, 3 cm each
Fried Onions
200 grams of bean sprouts
3 bay leaves
1 medium chicken , cut into 2 parts
2 pieces of tomatoes

Softened Seasoning

6 piece of galic
2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 segment of ginger
3 pieces of red onion
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1.5 segment of turmeric
5 pieces of hazelnut

How to make Soto Ayam

1. Saute the softened seasoning until aroma smelled

2. Boil the chicken add a softened seasoning(after you do  a first step) and lime leaves , galangal , leek , and bay leaves , about 30 minutes ,

3. Add a salt and pepper

4. Enter the leeks.

How To Serve Soto Ayam

 Serve it with rice then enter the boiled noodle , bean sprouts , cabbage  , tomato , boiled egg  and chicken meat then flush the soup and pour the fried onions 



 Iga Bakar Recipe(Indonesian Grilled Ribs )

Iga bakar is a grilled ribs with a Sambal Terasi (Indonesian Sauce ) usually eat with steamed  rice also spicy and very tasty .

Ingredients 

1.   1500 gram of beef ribs 
2.   6 pieces of garlic , cut it into small pieces 
3.   4 cm ginger 
4.   4 tablespoon of soy sauce
5.   2 tablespoon of honey
6.   2 tablespoon of oyster sauce
7.   1/2 teaspoon of salt\
8.   1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder
9.   1 tablespoon of nutmeg powder
10. 1500 ml of water
11. 6 spoon of margarine for sauteing
12. 1 onion cut it into small pieces

How To Make Iga Bakar

1. Saute the garlic , onion , and ginger until the aroma smelled , add Iga(Rib) stir it until the color changed 

2.Enter the soy sauce , honey , oyster sauce , salt , pepper powder , and nutmeg powder  stir it until mixed evenly

3.Pour water gradually, Cook until mature and pervasive 

4.Grilled while spread with remaining seasoning

Gulai Ayam(Indonesian Chicken Curry) Recipe

This curry is originated from Sumatera , most of sumatera people love a spicy food , and world also love their food , Gulai usually made with chicken , fish , and lamb  one reason people love this food because it's tasty coconut milk  and you must try it !

1 whole chicken 
10 pieces of red onions , cut it into small pieces
4 pieces of garlic , cut it into small pieces
4 tablespoon of smoothed  coriander
1 tablespoon of cumin oil
1 teaspoon of pepper powder 
1 teaspoon of nutmeg powder
1 tablespoon of tamarind
2,5 glass of coconut milk
1 cumin to taste
Salt and water to taste 
10 pieces of mashed red chili
1 mashed turmeric
1 mashed galangal

How to make Gulai Ayam 

1 . Saute the ingredient which can be sliced

2. Enter the coriander and chicken meat with water then boil them

3. Last, enter the coconut milk and tamarind then stir it until evenly mixed wait until matured  and serve it 

Sup Buntut (Oxtail Soup) Recipe

Sup Buntut Recipe

Made of oxtail , sup buntut have 5 popular version in the world : 
Korean Traditional food , Chinese , this food originated from south america since before revolutionary war and from UK since 18th century .

Ingredient 

1 kilo of oxtail , cut it suit one's taste 
2000 ml of water
2 tablespoon of cooking oil for sauteing
3 piece of potato , diced
4 carrot


Seasoning

1 teaspoon of pepper powder
1 nutmeg , crush it
5 pieces of garlic , crush it
6 pieces of clove
Sugar  to taste
Salt  to taste
1 piece of tomato
2 cm of cinnamon

How to make Oxtail Soup

1. Wash oxtail , then boil for 10-15 minute drain it;s water
2. Prepare other pan with boiling water , add a cinnamon and clove 
3. Cook until the water decrease to be 1,5 liter , turn of stove
4. While the water cooling , smooth a pepper , salt , nutmeg , then saute it until aroma smelled
5. Boil the oxtail again , enter the sauteed seasoning , stir then enter sliced potato and carrot , wait until matured
6. Add  salt and pepper , stir it again until evenly mixed
7. Serve it :D
