Ayam Penyet Recipe
1 bay leaf
Cooking oil
2 cm of crushed ginger
2 cm crushed galangal
1 whole chicken , chop four pieces
200 ml water
Softened Seasoning
1 cm turmeric
4 garlic
Salt
1 teaspoon coriander
Sauce
2 sprigs of basil
1/2 tomato
Salt
1/2 teaspoon shrimp paste , roast
1/2 teaspoon chopped palm sugar
7 red chili
2 lime leaves
7 cayenne pepper
Puree all sauce ingredients
How to Make Ayam Penyet
Mix a chicken meat with water ,ginger,lime leaves and other softened seasoning
Then , cook with small flame , close the pan . Cook until a chicken meat matured and the ingredients seep, Fried chicken meat until the color yellowing , lift and drain . Serve the food and pour a sauce .
